Overview

Southern Maine Affordable Housing (SMAH)/Biddeford Housing (BH) owns and manages several properties throughout Biddeford and Saco, providing safe, quality, and affordable homes for individuals and families in our community. Our mission is to keep rental rates as affordable as possible while maintaining well-managed, well-maintained properties that residents are proud to call home. 

We are committed to expanding housing opportunities, supporting stable tenancies, and fostering inclusive communities where residents can thrive. Through responsible property management and ongoing improvements, we strive to create housing that promotes security, dignity, and long-term stability.
